Sweta conducted a great training at BMC which was customized to enable emerging women leadership. With her extensive research and experience she was able to provide content and insights to the participants. She used multiple tools to make sure that the participants are engaged. She was able to bring to table multiple options to the management to manage and measure the program outcome.

I first associated with Diversityvision around a year back when we decided to engage the firm to partner us in creating and implementing an emerging women leadership programme for our hi potential women employees. Together, we co-created the ' Women in Technology Leadership Series' at BMC. The basket of learning interventions offered over the six month period were intense and comprehensive. The facilitator's knowledge and research on the topic, and the sharp customization helped create an accelerated learning experience and lasting impact on the participants. The interventions were interactive, based of deep research of topics and customized according to our initial expectation setting. Through this intervention, we were successful in helping participants own their careers, chalk out specific plans and unshackle limiting beliefs. The design enabled continued learning and collaboration post workshop too.
